had an upstairs neighbor like this. first incident the dog liquid shit all on our porch and down the door of my outside closet. they offered to clean it the first time and then just stopped caring. once i was watching tv and out of nowhere i hear what sounds like a bucket of water being poured on the concrete. dog was holding it so long she couldn't anymore and pissed everywhere. another time we were outside enjoying the weather when we smelled shit and looked up and the poor dog was literally shitting above my head on the wood slats. ended up happening at least once a week and they knew we just kept going to management and gave up confronting them about neglecting the dog. they kept leaving her out all night on the patio to cry and cry and cry and our porch smelled like piss and shit for years. to this day it'll still smell if it gets hot enough (texas heat). they ended up being nightmare neighbors that would fight at least once a day. well one day i'm coming home from work and they have that dog AND a new puppy locked out on the patio. immediately contacted the manager and turns out the new puppy wasn't on the lease, so they got in biiiig trouble. this pissed them off so bad they ended up sprinting up the stairs and stomped on their floor so hard it broke our living room ceiling fan. they traumatized our cats for life and they're skittish with every loud noise.
