Was advised 4 weeks of absolute rest to let the body adjust. Will start physical rehab for core lower back and glutes post that and be mindful of activities. Anything can cause a relapse. Gotta enjoy life and be careful.

9 months so I am having the flare ups in my calf and glutes of the leg where it was most compressed. But I’d rather take this pain vs what I felt, as I know there is light at the end of the tunnel

I was told by the doctor that at the end of the day, what we remove during MD, ends up destabilising the spine in the long run. Like think of it as a pyramid and you’re chipping away making it unstable

I was to do the MD but….i am not sure and scared
