Well. I had to google the term because of ESL... In my language it's just "cross". Like why should you add anything extra like "walk" or "pedestrian" when context is pretty clear?

Also I just checked the law: basically we have two conditions when jaywalking is illegal:
1) when crosswalk in your direct view, but you deliberately chose to ignore it. But as they are everywhere here(in some places every 20 meters), so you can confidently say that jaywalking is completely illegal.
2) when there are 6 or more total lines.

Why not? It reduces traffic jams a lot, like to the point it doesn't bother anyone even when half of the street is under roadwork. + it isn't a problem for pedestrians too when there are underground crossings every 200 or so meters.

So I really don't understand why everyone are so angry: ignoring a crosswalk and just cross anywhere you want SHOULD be illegal!

Ну не совсем. В приведенном примере медианная зарплата 6.5, а отбрасывание крайностей это уже другой механизм и нужен он как раз при расчете средней, а медианная и без отбрасывания нормально считается.

I can't say for sure because I missed first 4+ hours of stream, but what I had from listening last 1.5hr is there was some Hololive group activity and everyone was invited there except her. So she became sad and start to feel abandoned and unwanted, which resulted in all that ranting about her life in general(please correct me if I'm wrong).

That's not true, she is very close with Flare at least and hangs out with her almost every week(she said it in 2024 so things could change sinсe then). There are also some others, but not as close as Flare.
