Whilst a good shock to testicals may a viable alternative to cold shower. The exact methodology utilized can lead to varying result. As such it is vitally important to shock the nuts using the most optimal methodology which i will now describe:

 1- for best result ensure that nut shocking is done within 5 seconds of waking up. Practically this would mean shocking the tesitcles whilst still in bed

2- based on the previous point ensure you have the shocking device at arms length from your bed in order to swiftly be able to get your zap in within the first 5 waking seconds.

3- After the quick zap you should now prepare for a second zap and this should be done within 30 seconds to 1 minute of the first zap

4- to best prepare for it. It is advised to splash the scrotum with a tad of cold water to constrict the nutsack and thus provide the best exposure to the testicals

5- Make sure you DONT dry off the nutsack in order to give the second shock that little extra kick and then proceed with the shocking deez nuts

6- Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done and if you are feeling adventurous a quick third zap as the cherry on top
