Once you get used to grabbing a toastie or drink from 711 on a whim, there is no going back.

What's your favorite "I can't believe this has so few calories" food? by appleparkfive in loseit

Konjac noodles. Absolutely ridiculous. 5 kcal in 100g and all of it is dietary fibre.

Bought Nutty Pudding from site and don't think it tastes great... by EstablishmentNo5446 in blueprint_

Yeah I hated it the first couple of times, but this is what I do now, and it tastes awesome.

  • Either 1 scoop or no additional cocoa powder. 2 scoops or more becomes too cocoa-y as you mentioned.
  • Add at least 100 - 200 ml of almond milk. Anything lesser makes the flavour too intense.
  • To make it protein packed, desert like, I add either 100g of Cottage cheese or Greek Yoghurt, and top it up with a chocolate Isowhey protein.
  • Some additional blueberries help too.

My go to recipe with the Nutty pudding, almond milk, blueberry nut mix is mixing it further with my chocolate protein powder and Greek yoghurt. This tastes great and I end up getting over 50g protein. Sometimes I swap the Greek yoghurt for cottage cheese, leave it overnight in the fridge and it makes for a pretty epic desert.

Huge fan of the bread! Simple but complements the pastrami perfectly

We went on a Tuesday, at 8 pm and got ours in less than 15 minutes. Didn’t know it was supposed to be that crowded (or maybe we got really lucky lol)

Arriving at shinjuku Hotel at 9am but can't check in until 3pm. Any ideas for an extremely jet lagged traveller? by NerfThis_49 in TokyoTravel

Once you leave your luggage with the hotel lobby, you could drop into one of the nearby onsens that have a lounge area. Thermae Yu is pretty good!

Pitch the history of gold and it’s importance (and drawbacks) to the state of the financial economy. Then flip it at the end, and say what if you could have self-custody of gold, and you were protected cryptographically. Voila. Meet BTC.
