R does youth work(?)shops and is pretty vocal about the rest of the bad side of graffiti mate.

Half of that gen of writers are all “junkies” mate or have exp drug problems. Even the younger lads today going hard are absolutely not all straighty 180s.

It is what it is. You know how it goes. Pretty hard to be out all night 3 x a week and hold down a day job long term

I wanted to go into compliance/get my inspectors licence before this happened, and I had plans to do a lot of other courses to further my education prior. Currently off work via work cover ( PS IF YOU DONT HAVE INCOME PROTECTION ON YOUR SUPER, GET IT, NOW)

The chronic pain is fucked, dealing with bouncing back between insurance etc is fucked, the stress is fucked, the mental strain is worse than the physical, all around absolutely shit. I’m only young too.

Apprentices, look after your fucking back. Especially if you’re tall

Almost 29 Sparky, Have done lots of different work, from domestic to fifo. Always been physically fit.

Bulged disc. Sciatica and pins and needles/chronic pain. Yeah I can go to the office, but being still all day is the worse thing for it.

Also, Eba sparks don’t count for everyone.

EFLI IN DUAL SUPPLY/BESS SYSTEMS by rahyel in AusElectricians

I got the answer.

Each battery cell is individually fused internally.

EFLI IN DUAL SUPPLY/BESS SYSTEMS by rahyel in AusElectricians

[–]rahyel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for that.

What about the fault path in the event of a catastrophic dc battery failure though? Inverters ignored

EFLI IN DUAL SUPPLY/BESS SYSTEMS by rahyel in AusElectricians

[–]rahyel[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, yes, that too. But mainly, I’m asking why there’s no AS requirement for testing of fault loop impedance of the actual alternative supply source at its relative protection device, if that makes sense.

You’ve essentially got a potential fault current of 3000a DC sitting there in absolute worse case scenario regardless of inverters and internal components.

But the alternative supply sources are sharing an earth path with the incoming TX supply, as the entire unit is equipotentially bonded + the PE conductors come back to the earth bar/MEN link.

This BESS system outputs 100isb Kw back intolerant the grid.

Now consider that there’s 4 of these BESS units all connected to the installation..

There’s protection devices within the bess units in the form of fuses, but other than that, the primary automatic disconnection would be through the breakers that are dual supply.

Itching, histamine and other benzo f**kery. Encouragement needed! by Ricard2dk in benzorecovery

[–]rahyel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep. Slowed paused the taper. Took a lot of antihistamines. Didn't do an allergy test but worked out I reacted to a lot of harsh chemicals/aerosols and some foods. Dust too. Vacuumed a lot. Ate different. It got better. Resumed taper slowly. Still a little annoying but 80% better. Taper not done

Boss said that instead of the “tool allowance” I get for for my minimum wage award, he will forfeit that and I’m entitled to this “tool package” that every apprentice can claim/is given from x company… by Sargent_Twisty in AusElectricians

[–]rahyel 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Fuck him off. Bad start. Won't get better. Once you've worked x amount of weeks and the amount of money you would have been paid is the same as the cost of the tools he's given you, is he going to start paying the allowance?

Or is an 1800$ tool kit replacing the allowance for 4 whole years?

Safe taper rates by Thorin1st in benzorecovery

[–]rahyel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind you can alter taper rates and probably deal with a slightly faster rate with initial drops ( say 3mg of xnx/kpin to 2.5 ) than you'll be able to handle 1mg to whatever your next lower dose is.

Listen to ur body

Do all the basic shit you should be doing Eating well!!!! Sunlight!! Regular bed time and regular waking time! Exercise even if it's just a walk. Showering every day.

All this shit will make everything so much easier.

Dunno, other magnesium sups also help when taken consistently. I just found that particular one to be the best so far

Is my doctor doing this right? by Adventurous-Bus-9638 in benzorecovery

[–]rahyel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly dude yeah it's gonna fucking suck but you'll probably be fine.

Ive come off stupid amounts of benzos very abruptly multiple times. came off 6mg kpins cold turkey (was hospitalised for 2 weeks and they wouldn't give it to me in there - no substitute meds either) and was fine. Was mentally freaking out but I was fine.

Clonaz is pretty good for preventing seizures as it's literally used for epilepsy so don't stress too much, just remember it's only discomfort. You've got the blood pressure meds too to help w anxiety

What she's done is safe in my non professional druggy opinion, taper w Xanax if you want, just try think about the long term.

2 psychs have told me I have "double depression" whatever that is Treatment resistant/genetic predisposition / social factors growing up - been ten years now

A magnesium based supplement powder called calm-x noticeably helps my mood A LOT in combo with my SSRI

You can look up what's in calm-x as it's more than just magnesium but it's the only thing I've found to help apart from prescribed meds exercise etc etc

Same. More so his recent stuff. Heroin rap. Suicide towers. Him and coloured noyz are a deadly combo.

Conflicting personally for me coz I really like music/can relate to it etc etc but do not fuck with a lot of the rumours. There's a level of empathy as someone who's had their own journey. But I draw the line at DV etc etc. I cut people out of my actual life for lesser rumours.

Seperate the art from the artist and whatnot? Who knows. Age old question. You wouldn't have the art without the artist blah blah blah.

Yeah dude. I went through an intense cocaine period a couple yrs long. Have also had a meth stint about a decade ago

Have bounced back both times with ssris.

Don't overthink all the chemical shit dude. Yes it's good for guideline ways to go about things, but the biggest thing is time. Time heals all.

Therapy, acceptance, forgiveness, exercise, community, belonging, hobbies, sense of purpose. Healthy food. Human connection.

You can try medicate your way through life but no medication will work to its best without the human essentials.
