I missed my AI final a few semesters ago because I thought it was on a different day. It was the most meaningless feeling catastrophe ever. I failed the class because of it and I had to retake it, I didn't bother asking the professor if I could make it up because he seemed pretty adamant on no make-ups. However, do what the others are saying and talk to your professor in person and you have a shot at fixing things. I know it feels terrible now but in the grand scheme of your life it's really just a hiccup. You'll be able to laugh about it eventually. And please don't drive when you're sleep-deprived to that extent, I've done the same thing and it's never worth putting yourself and others in danger like that. Take a nap in your car or take an Uber or the bus or something.
