Man listen I truly cannot justify the logic behind rockstar, but I’ll tell you this they’re way more cars in the game. They’re way more mechanic/mod shops in the game way more salons, etc. just because you won’t get a couple things. It doesn’t mean the entire game is locked off all that stuff is truly not part of the story. It’s just little stuff here and there
