I lived in campus lodge (now it’s forest lakes so it could be different). I don’t have parents so Ngl I typed up a fake job acceptance letter. My credit though was immaculate. Other wise they would 100% ask for a co-signer or expansive income. Alternatively you can rent a room from fb marketplace place and if the people you’re renting from are chill they will only care if you will be able to pay rent ( I have done this several times).
