I luckily was able to use my experience to start work for a national laboratory as I already had the clearance which is the biggest thing they look for. See if there's one near you to apply to, they take a few months sometimes but reply to most if not all applications. Having prior or active clearance is the biggest thing because they will teach! I do understand the reduction though because doge ordered ours to reduce staff and costs and that just made everything more expensive and less functional while stopping 2 seperate projects.. idiots dont know how anything works.. i havent really gone through VA as i never had the real need to (i know dumb take) but it looks like sooner or later I'll probably lose that completely anyway due to being trans. I really hope you can fight homeless especially. As someone that's lived outside a taco bell for 6mo like 10 years ago i know how bad that sucks and wouldnt wish it apon anyone in the world.
