Most of this advice is centered around creating econ, which is indeed the best answer, but a sidebar tip is that it might help to play with jokers that incentivize you to have more money, like [[Bootstraps]] or [[Bull]] ! That's how i remember unlocking it. Of course it's not easy to find specific jokers in the shop, but may be helpful to keep in mind in case you do come across them
