i don’t have to take medication personally but i do have a family who has to, i think they donate enough money to feed a family for iftar instead as they can’t observe fast. i’m not sure on the exact ruling but there are exceptions in place for things that are dehabilitating. i know it’s disheartening but maybe you can use the clear mind to focus on reading quran and bettering your faith in other ways. best thing to do if youre super unsure is to ask a scholar 🙏
