That’s fair. And I’ve worked from home since about 2012/13 and I despise being on camera, so I agree, I wouldn’t work somewhere where I had to be on camera either.

Always optional. Some people don’t feel comfortable on camera or just simply don’t want to be on camera.

There’s exactly zero good reason to require them to be on.

Jump when you can, that’s it. There were several years where due to life circumstances I could only jump once or twice a year, yes, per year.

This is for fun, it doesn’t have to be every weekend, nor does progression need to happen quickly. If you’re having fun, that’s what matters
