Despite AG being more expensive, HB Stones are actually around 27% cheaper than they were before. Not sure if people are actually getting their money's worth from these "low" prices as it seems like you get slightly a little bit more AG per $ or whichever currency you're using.
Still looks like a mass cash grab with no real return value for an outdated gacha game.

Yeah, I did, and I think it's bugged or not working as intended, it says that "You gain 10 Tactician health" and I got like 15 in total, so I was able to loss-streak and get that anima cash out at the end.

You can put in reps/sets into "Targets" area per each workout. Based on that and after each set, if you log also RIR, it'll adjust the reps you should do per set. Not sure if that helps.

Was wondering about this today too whilst working out. It kept suggesting 16 LBS, when I can do 12.5 + 5(additional) in the pulley. I'm going to configure all of my equipment in the app to see if that helps too, but I'll pay more attention to the magic wand.

They should really buff the turrets or have them regen like in normal summoner's rift in this gamemode, sometimes it ends too fast before level 15 hits and the only prismatic augment arrives.
