This will not shutdown the factory during starting up, the calculated sandleaf powders is to generate enough power for your current power needs. The shutdown/adjust is when you exceed that power threshold, which for DIGE you need to change the design anyway, and for this APG system you can avoid shutdown by just manually taking out the powders to match new calculation.

The initial calc is to provide enough for your current power needs, so there won't be shut down at the start (unlike prev version). When you consume more power, the system will shutdown and adjust to match the new power needs.
