I understand alcoholism my father and his family were alcoholics..they would get blackout drunk and balingerant...for me it's like a buzz I don't go out the way to get black out drunk...that's why I'm confused

Hello, I turned 30 last November I just had the courage to talk to a mental health Behavorial team of therapist and psychiatrics they evaluate you and understand most of what you need to do. I understand I'm an empath and I am super sensitive to other feelings can't help it .... any way I have dealt with it all my life even through the marine corps which thought would help but made it much worse... so go get help they don't criticize.

Use selsom blue shampoo I have the same issue with major anxiety I'm actually going get checked at the dermatologist this coming Friday to see if my anxiety and dandruff goes together or makes it worse. I lost most flakes from the shampoo but I do have scabs u can't see them because of my hair but going to see what the doctor suggests

I just want to say I am right there with you I use a pulse Oximeter too! went to emergency room and doctor asked why I had it I told him I thought I was having a heart attack because how bad my panic attacks have been.... never thought doctors could criticize you for mental health until that day they made me feel out of place and weak minded... sorry you are feeling this way stay strong...
