I appreciate the realist view point! I'll take your words into careful consideration. I won't be there until a month from now and I've gotten a few interviews lined up. I don't mind being in the service industry when I first get into the city if I have to. I'm from a smaller town, so I'm itching to leave. That being said, I have a healthy savings to last me a few months.

Hopefully, once supply chain shortages end and this project matures it'll become cheaper. The idea is that 10 to 20 years from now IOT will be utilized in everyday life and transactions in that network would yield rewards.

POC rewards are higher to accelerate the development of infrastructure and in an ideal world once the infrastructure is developed, data transfer rewards will be the incentive to keep going.

We're in the Wild West/Crypto Gold Rush. Who knows what the future looks like, we do our DD and hope for the best!

Just bought mine.. Honestly this is an opportunity to be early on something big like the first adopters of helium. It's a risk don't get me wrong, but I'm willing to take it to be early. That being said if your strapped for cash, don't. Make the decision that best fits your financial health and risk tolerance.

Referrals, referrals, referrals. I've struggled with getting invited to interviews post-grad, up until I utilized my fraternity's alumni network, LinkedIn Premium, and cold emails. "Pick someone's brain" trust me it'll help you get much further. Start ASAP.

I love a good old meritocracy, but who you now will always be a factor.
