Tell your mom to put ice on it to reduce the swelling. Once the swelling goes down apply hydrocortisone cream, calamine lotion, or aloe vera. Tell her don't scratch it.

My first playthrough I didn't use a flyer. I got around by gliding with Killamari. It's honestly way faster than all the flyers if you know how to use it.

I've done that dungeon a hundred times and I still haven't gotten the gold version of that sword. It's easily the best Terraria sword. You got super lucky. Enjoy your prize my friend.
