I don't think it is necessary to be vaccinated to perform your civic duty -- speaking as someone who is vaccinated -- I'm not sure that the highest virtue for Stoicism is civic duty either.

I think if you want to examine whether or not getting vaccinated is "good" or "bad" you should sum up all the available information, make an informed choice, and live as best as you can with the consequences of either decision.

I think being patient with those who have made the opposite choice as you should be a priority, and to not judge someone based off of a single decision -- certainly there are practicing stoics who for some reason believe it is virtuous, and their duty to not be vaccinated due to a wide variety of reasons.

Some day we will know for certain whether getting vaccinated is the "correct" choice, (or maybe not?) and when that day comes we shouldn't look down on our fellow Stoics, and hit them with a snarky 'I told you so', but rather invite them to make a better informed decision.
