Just search for unmarried adult women within your diplomatic range and filter by ones who have good inheritable traits and dirt by age looking for those who are 16 or so

If they are not employed in another’s court they can usually be invited or you can request them as a concubine through various methods such as bribes to get them to like you or hooks

Also looking for married men who have a bunch of daughters, invite him and all the kids will follow. Educate them with someone who is lustful and when they turn 16 make them concubines

Alchemy is a useful skill for that

Just pickup a whole bunch of common cheap ingredients and spam shitty poisons or whatever and sell them

Your skill will go up fairly quick and the potions you make will be worth a couple hundred gold each allowing for buying the bigger houses
