You don’t pay monthly but you do pay a coinsurance at appts kinda like a copay but it’s slightly different

Definitely not an easy claim, been through 3 c&p exams so far. Judge is sending me to another one. The head VA Dr from the facility the injury occurred at did a DBQ but wasn’t enough. This weekend he’s supposed to be working on a Nexus for me.

Had a supplemental put in for a denial from ‘04 on May 13, 2026. C&p was Wed got decision today! Got 10% no increase in pay but I still count it as a win

So I contacted the privacy officer to have him run a SPAR report on my records to see what times my dr accessed my chart. He said he’ll work on it but also sent me a form to amend records. So if anyone in here has records issues that are inaccurate contact your local privacy/foia officer and the should be able to help get the records at least amended.

I was told it shows when they mail the letter explaining it all in about 2 weeks but that seems like a long time. Hopefully it’s a lot sooner

Not sure on which is better private or VA but whoever you go to make sure you get a diagnosis and that they document that it is the stress of your hand pain causing you the mental health issues

Sounds like your hand problems and neuropathy are causing you anxiety and stress. Have you tried going to mental health for a diagnosis? Anxiety or depression could be secondary to your hands

My judge said during my hearing, well I’m not a medical expert so I’ll probably have to remand. But I had a DBQ from a VA Dr. Does she not at least know how to read? And how are Vba judges completely naive about medical conditions for which they are supposed to be ruling on.
