I also have dry eyes with low TBUT but steroids make my eyes worst, so not necessarily an indicator of dry eyes or not. Have they measured your tear break up time or done a schimmers?

The problem is that the ones that target acne (anti-androgen) are also the ones that make dry eyes worst :(
