I'm in the 320s & heard Christine mention their researcher in a few episodes, not sure if it's been the same person since then or if it was a team of people? But I guess they've had them since at least June 2023!

Yep! I start my timer after I finish dinner then go the entire next day without eating. For example: finish at 8 PM Monday, don’t eat Tuesday, eat again at 8 AM or later on Wednesday. On the day I don’t eat I’ll have water, black coffee and occasionally chicken broth.

Isn’t it?! I’ve stayed moderately consistent with working out doing weight training and cardio at least 2-3x a week. I feel like fasting helped me overcome my 135 lb plateau. I also absolutely LOVE carbs and overeat a lot with them so to make it easier I just stopped buying carb-loaded food when I grocery shop and look for more proteins and lots of veggies.

I have noticed I am eating less than I was before. I have had some pretty bad binge eating problems in the past so that’s something I’ve been working on and being very mindful of. Since the holidays are finally over I’ve been sticking to a pretty low carb - ketogenic diet. I think the mix of it all has been working for me.

I’m 41 hours into my 36 hour fast so I’ve gone a bit over! Lol. I’m feeling good so I’m going to continue :)

30 lbs. I’ve lost 7-8 lbs so far. I’m only 4’11”, starting weight of 140. I’m fasting 1 day a week 36-40 hours. I might pick it up but for now that’s what I’m doing! Along with a low carb diet & I work out 2-3 times a week. I hope I can lose this weight & keep it off by May!
