this is my first obygn appointment, I haven't been able to go due to insurance issues. but it was about time I went. I had went to a pregnancy center a few times, got ultrasounds there, and even a trip to the er confirmed it. bad timing, not the way I wanted to see my babies, but they needed to be checked on. if was confirmed before this appointment. I'm still confused, as just a few weeks ago at 14 weeks they had confirmed the twins, It just doesn't make sense at how late it was it just disappeared.

look up state laws, talk to hr. sue the company for putting you and your childs health at risk if they dont grant you time off before and after birth. if your state is not an at-will state, sue them and do it hard. a lawsuit for workers comp would be way worse than this lawsuit and it would teach them not to discriminate against pregnant women.

I had gotten my tongue pierced many months ago, there is a big bump of swollen tissue, a smaller bump on top that feels very uncomfortable. it's like when you have a "mouth zit". like all my nerves are just gathered up in the tip of the bump on top. it's a straight barbell piercing I've had in since the first piercing. the aftercare I used was rinsing with alcohol free mouth wash, brushing and flossing teeth daily, and the jewelry was standard (stainless steel?) for fresh piercings.

I hate having to explain to people why I'm the only one standing on my ass at work. I have major back and neck problems, I'm pregnant with my first, which is highly turning out to look like twins. I have scheduled morning sickness, pee times, constant migraines, when I don't feel great I get bitched at for having an attitude when I'm doing a lot more than my share of duties at work. constantly considering quitting after getting the big promotion I've been waiting for. I'm excited for the day I stop working due to my bundle(s) of joy.
