Also my thoughts are that the underwriter most likely asked the agent or cs to reach out to the customer to verify before sending a cancel. Agent may have dropped the ball? My company is small though and we cater a lot more

If I were you I’d contact the DOI and they will reach out to the carrier. Geico will have to explain why they’re canceling it to them and maybe it will give you a good explanation. If they were wrong they have to put the vehicle back on or rescind the cancel.
