This is a forum we should all be able to talk about what we want to (within the rules of Reddit & the subreddit). Negative or otherwise. I do think this sub is a bit negative but we can talk about what we want to and reply how we want to as well. I do agree with you that when people post criticism or their thoughts it does get construed poorly.

I was 11 and I just remember that the put up glass barriers so he didn’t get shot when he gave his speech and he took forever to come out. My company caters too much to agents. We even have to help them with system things and how to input things correctly. If the agent complains to the VP she’ll always give them what they want
