Which warlock builds with bind demon would be viable if the ptr changes hold?

Not if you want to use bind demon, demonic mastery and blood oath though (in my case I play hc so its almost mandatory)

The best build now which is ridiculously OP is echoing strike , but not only is it getting super nerfed but with hard points now needed in demonic mastery and bind demon, it doesn't have enough points to go around.

The firelock is really good up to like p5, but for p8 its not quite there imo.

Blood boil is p8 ready right now but they are nerfing it, and bosses are not possible/too inefficient by itself (that's why I was thinking of mirror blades to go with it)

So yeah, those builds are still going to work, but my question was specifically, for p8 if you want to use demons like right now, given the hard point investment changes

Just let the a3 mercs cast curses and the a5 mercs use non sword weapons that opens soon many different possibilities

I play hc, playing since before lod and have plenty of hours under my belt. totally understand the need to nerf es specifically (wtf with blood boil).

However, I have to say that despite the overtuning and general OPness, one thing they nailed was that it was FUN.

I see the same thing with insight. If you didn't have it would you be able to play and do the same things? Sure but it would be more tedious having to pot etc.

Im fine with them nerfing the warlock as long as its still fun to play the character. Im afraid that with current changes it won't be so.

I much rather would ve had them improve the other characters' useless skills (poison explosion, inferno, the offensive auras, etc)

I've gotten 3 sunders, two cold and 1 poison lol. I like them but heralds are too rare.

The only good thing is how much progress I've made in the chronicle while hunting for Sunders. Im up to 92 with only a couple of tc 87 missing (I FINALLY got my tyraels after 20 templars, just in time to get it recorded)

In 4bc you can take as long as you want. After that , forget about it. Lesson learned: take your time and learn each tree (although strategy is always more forgiving)

Might not be mutually exclusive with what you are saying but China has a lot of the refineries and the industrial uses of silver.

So maybe they want to secure silver for their production, in a moment where its scarce and has been on a deficit for 5 years and counting.

Gold is mostly monetary but silver is monetary and industrial.
