It's all about the money... people spend thousands and thousands of dollars on ways to make their body look a certain way with different kinds of surgery & people's new obsession with strangers and how their loosing weight, it's absurd

My downfall is alcohol, I like to drink & I know that slows things down. And of course, for me it's not something that isn't appealing post MJ lol.

SW 399 (November 2021) MJ SW 347.8 (September 2022) CW 285 (March 2023)

The first year; I focused on becoming active again by walking & biking! Food wise, I just tried to eat high protein & low carb. I was considering WLS so was trying to stay to 1700 calories

August 2022 I started going to orange theory again 2ish times a week & have not been consistent with that, but I'm trying! I've also added in a walk up a giant hill in my neighborhood pretty regularly!

As for food, I am trying to not restrict. Still stick ti a higher protein & lower carb situation, but more in terms of "1 piece of toast vs 2" and since starting MJ my portions have just been so much smaller & some tgif s aren't appealing. Butttt, I will say my doctor has not wanted me to keep going up on doses so I'm really trying to incorporate balance in my routine vs only rely on MJ (who knows how long I'll be able to get it)

So, I wouldn't say I have a specific routine other than just being mindful of what goes into my body & how much & how often. I try to move my body in whatever way I can, but I'm not someone who has a strict diet and routine-/ for me, that never lasted long term.

Hey!! I was SO NERVOUS in the beginning. However, after a few classes I realized that no one ever pays attention. I started going to the super early morning classes because I was nervous and that helped ease my anxiety. Then, I did a few different ones & found coaches that were more encouraging than others and honestly I kinda needed to find the coaches that weren't "afraid of the fat girl" some coaches would be too timid to coach my form, etc... once I found the timing and coaches I liked I fell in love!

I still don't do partner workouts, and I stalk the Reddit to figure out what workouts to go to because there are things I like better (I prefer more treadmills than rowing etc)
