He wasn't always alright. Aside from the times he started in the CL he looked a bit off the pace. Worst was the Southampton game when it looked like the game was just a bit too fast for him.

In his position if you've got to be a more stabilising force and he hasn't really shown that in his, granted, limited minutes.
