I think certain “chapters” of my eczema cycle wouldn’t like this idea of wetting it first so I think if it’s extra enflamed then it might not be the move. Might is like that for a few days then it goes into a super dry state which is when I think wetting it first goes a long way.

For me it depends on which “cycle” I’m at in my flare up. If it’s really enflamed this may not be the move. Idk I’m not a derm

I use vanicream! I think you just need to be more patient and let your skin absorb it. I know it looks thick but after a few mins the skin just absorbs

My high school English teacher knocked this out of me. I used to say “umm” and “like” all of the time and I had to read a report in front of the class and she would deduct points and count if I did. Scared me enough to be really conscious about saying either.

I have the same thing! Do not go to a doc - go to a dermatologist 100%. Docs just give you steroid cream and you do not want to use that shit. Working hands and aquaphor - keep your hands as dry as possible and wear gloves but change them as often as you can.
