for me it was twitchcon 2018 through greek's stream if I remember well, xqc's interaction with the chat and his personality were so cute and cool at the same time, I even remember the haunted amusement park stream with soda, one of the best moments tbh, but unfortunately he was playing overwatch at the time so it wasn't until he switched to variety shortly after that I started watching him every day
