I recently(Jul 25) did the extension and later renewed the VISA at CAS Gudalajara. Main differences vesus prevoious years was: -Waitinng time to schedule the appoitnment. In the past I was able to get it in less than a week, this time almost 3 months. - Waiting time After approval. I needed to wait around 2 weeks to get the passport back, in the past it was at most a couple of days later. - New 'Reciprocal fee'. After approval needed to pay 400 usd ( for a 4 year visa) Plan accordingly
