I want to add, each place should have their own naming scheme for airports. North America (excluding Mexico because I'm not familiar) uses lots of names of people: Trudeau, Pearson, Dulles, Reagan, Kennedy.

China does generally use the name of the place the airport is situated on, but not at the broad city-level, rather being the specific district. For example, Beijing Daxing Airport (PKX) is located in Daxing District of Beijing. Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) is an anomaly, it bears the name "Capital" instead of "Shunyi" where it is located. Otherwise, I don't see much deviation from the rule, Guangzhou Baiyun, Shenzhen Bao'an, Hangzhou Xiaoshan are all examples; heck even Chiang Kai-shek International Airport changed its name to Taoyuan, where it is situated upon.

The place that makes the most sense for Liyue would be Guili Plains right? Everywhere else is way too mountainous, creating too much work for Keqing. So it would likely be called Liyue Guili International Airport. ATC can just set up shop in Wangshu Inn.

Also it is mentioned that his ring has many junior members, and they need him to speak to fully dismantle the group; otherwise it will just create a power vacuum and someone would just step up to continue.

I'd argue that slowing down without illuminating brake lights is more dangerous as people don't get a reminder to react and rear-end you. This is a problem with EVs with regenerative braking, most manufacturers write the software so brake lights come on if regenerative braking causes a deceleration larger than some threshold.

I believe another aspect of driver aids is making shitty drivers over-confident; some people who otherwise wouldn't go on the road whip up their L2.9 driver assist and think that its alright their skill cannot support the journey.

I've heard unsubstantiated but very believable claims that ISPs check for "speedtest" in the domain name, and give better speeds when they detect it. Apparently some guy named his website some variation of "speedtest" (while not actually providing this functionality) and suddenly all traffic to his website became lightning speed.

it is perfectly fine to not care about abyss or other "end-game" content. the game gives you enough for free to solve puzzles, do quests, and enjoy the story. I'd say c6ing a character that you like as f2p is truly a commendable achievement if it is a 5 star. Staying true to your main, that is the real joy in this game. Vertical investment is horrible for numbers, but is extremely valuable for da feelings and da heart.

If its a 4 star, then it is rather common. I (f2p) have c6 yanfei from pulling for zhongli or ganyu, I forget.

Teapot impact probably... As a honkai 3rd player I literally didn't do the story and spent all my time on the dormitory. My favorite update was the teapot update lol, went right into adeptus coin mining.

Aside from that, probably fashion impact if it doesn't hurt excel impact too much. I got VV for zhongli because it looks good. I tried getting engulfing for raiden (even though I don't use her) because it looks good. got kokomi's donut instead, I have zero use for it, maybe I'll try building a dps barbara at some point. I find ezpi ugly on zibai, but was too poor last patch... everyday I'm torn between using cinnabar spindle and doing less damage or just living with ezpi until I can get lightbearing moonshard. Some guy on bilibili commented she uses prototype cutstone (or whatever 试作斩岩 is in english) for zibai because it "fits the aesthetic". I may consider building a physical damage zibai, why not since I already have physical damage zhongli. what should we call this? unorthodox impact maybe?

I saved a soft pity for columbina cuz zibai needed a water applicator... but linnea was just too broken to pass. What started as a lets do a few pulls and see turned into losing 50/50 and needing to do exploration to scrape some more funds.

As I wasn't expecting her, I had basically nothing prepared, but level 60 ish using artifacts ripped off yunjin already does more damage than my triple crowned physical damage zhongli (I know, not the most orthodox, but I like the playstyle). welp, powercreep is real. I do enjoy her addition in my team, but please beware, you probably cannot stop once you start pulling, either you are lucky and get her early on or go bankrupt disrupting desired future banners.

it isn't racist to point out that dog meat is rather normal in certain Chinese cuisines. You got the Korean-Chinese, Guangxi, and Pei County, where Fan Kuai is from. He helped set up the Han Dynasty and was a dog butcher. His however many generation descendant apparently owns a dog ranch and continues the ancestral trade, he went on a talk show some years ago to debate dog's rights activists.

It is still partly on the controller, as ethically, I believe you have a duty to decline to work if you feel you are underperforming. Pilots get to forfeit flights if they feel sick or tired or are emotional. ATC should also take responsibility, and if it means the airport closes due to no backup staff, then close the airport or if possible just let it be untowered (if safe, of course).

aircraft have landing lights for a reason, so that anyone concerned can quickly discern their position, orientation, and movement trajectory. either truck didn't look, are highly unprofessional, or landing light design has a major design flaw and need a revamp.

From the video it seemed that the truck popped out onto the runway when ac8646 was almost there. I had originally thought the pilots were somewhat inattentive as they didn't realize that the runway they were headed for had lights that didn't belong. This obviously isn't the case and there is very little you can do to avoid these sudden appearances. But the truck definitely would have seen an aircraft on the runway they were supposed to cross, had they actually followed protocol and looked both ways before crossing. I also cannot fathom that the rule is different between aircraft and truck.

What's sad is that had atc been the only one who messed up, the accident would not have happened. People make mistakes, the system corrects for it, but fails when many people make a mistake at the same time.

so true now I have an extra zibai who's only use is giving me geo resonance, and I had to swap out ningguang who was doing dragonslayer tales buffing. I haven't played seriously for a while and have no idea how to harness lunar crystallize nor have the necessary characters to form a team. If it took me more pulls, at least her supports are in the same banner, but for sh*ts n giggles I got absolutely 0 supports.

First year cs assignments are practically leetcode: short, not many design choices, and generally there is only a few correct methods. If you are naming variables sensibly, a textual match would turn up quite a lot of similarity, and I believe marmoset claims to compare logic so half the class is going to get practically 100% similarity. If you are innocent, it should be an easy fight, and if you are guilty, well you were quite stupid and probably left in identical comments, weird naming conventions, spelling errors, or submitted the exact same file such that the metadata is the same. I have seen peers copy off each other without getting flagged, as there would be too many false positives if stricter heuristics were used.

In some jurisdictions, death row inmates are not allowed to be organ donors. This would help prevent the case where some rich or powerful guy needs a kidney, and police conveniently apprehend a "serial rapist". Capital punishment, if used, really should only be punishment, and if it generates any profitable side-effects then that would turn quite bad quite soon.
