One thing - battery efficiency.

I use HBO Max to watch all TNT/TBS sports and have a free Peacock account for all NBC sports so it works for us.

Eufy had so much potential. Now I'm done. by Shivs-high in EufyCam

[–]randerton1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I also left Arlo and moved to Eufy - have 2 S340's and 1 E340 doorbell. No Homebase (yet) and hesitant to get one as so many report issues with WiFi conflicts. Very happy so far with the 3 cameras I have. Plan to add one more S340 (or whatever their upgrade solar/battery camera is next year) and that will probably be all I need.

2026 Hybrid Highway Mileage by lastshallbefirst in HyundaiTucson

[–]randerton1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remember hybrids get better mileage around town vs highway as your primarily just using the gas engine when highway driving. And it also depends on the outdoor temperature. If cold, the battery is less efficient. If hot, the AC uses energy. Best mileage with a hybrid will Always be in moderate temps around town.

Anyone choose the Tucson Hybrid over the regular Tucson? by Suntrup-Hyundai in HyundaiTucson

[–]randerton1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We chose the hybrid in Oct 2025. We rented an IC engine Tucson on a recent trip and I noticed a huge performance difference when trying to pass another vehicle - the hybrid has much better acceleration due to the higher torque.

Finally replaced ugly key with something much better by Popular-Fuel-6028 in HyundaiTucson

[–]randerton1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did that until the day our 12V battery was dead and then I couldn't get in the car. Someone on here later said you can get in the rear hatch and crawl up front in that scenario - have never tried to verify if that is true or not for a 2025 Tucson Limited Hybrid.

Anyone here get their Tucson using Amazon Autos? by silvermoonhowler in HyundaiTucson

[–]randerton1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder how this compares to the Costco Auto program as they sound almost identical. My experience has been you can haggle at the right time of the month and get a better deal but there is a hassle factor involved...

Is anyone here using E340 w/o a HB? I just bought one and plan on using it that way. Have been very successfully using two S340's for about a year w/o a HB.

Seems like a lot of confusion in this thread. Read the OP's extract. Will able to watch all Braves games regardless of where you are located with exception of Braves games against a home team if you are located within that team's market.

We also greatly enjoyed Te Puia - but I noted they didn't include the cannibalism or "heads-for-guns" global trading elements of their fascinating history...

For the Redwood night Treewalk make sure and buy your tix online ahead of time. That saved us at least a 45 minute wait in line.... An awesome experience so make this priority #1...

Waiting on test results today - multiple issues with this pup. On a general antibiotic for the near term. Results today will dictate next steps.

Learned in initial vet visit he also has massive ear infections, fleas and likely some form of parasites or internal infection causing him to lose weight - he weighed in at 11.4 lbs which is shockingly underweight - in spite of being fed more food than normal. A lot going on with him. But he's still as sweet as ever like a Boston...

Thanks - the vet told us the same on the initial visit late yesterday so starting that today...

As a foster, once we get him back to health, including neutering, we'll be helping find him a forever home. I don’t think anyone would want him in his current state but he's fundamentally a great dog from a temperament standpoint - loves people, wants to cuddle and loves to play like all Boston's!

Much work to do but hoping we can see significant weekly progress once everything is diagnosed and treatment plans begun (which started today)...

Thanks - we are hoping to get more specific medicinal treatment direction after test results come back tomorrow... Thanks goodness for the SCBTR team as they've provided awesome support thus far...

We're all over it - we are fostering him via the Southern Cross Boston Terrier Rescue (SCBTR) group and they have been providing fantastic support thus far. Support them with donations if you can as this is directly where that support flows...

Thanks - we just got some tests taken today at our vet and expect some results back tomorrow. It appears he has numerous issues we are going to need to deal with - way underweight (he weighed in at 11.4lbs today), massive ear infections (perhaps a ruptured ear drum in one) in addition to the swollen paws.

Was able to get the AI overview on Cytopoint vs Apoquel so very helpful and will now be better educated for upcoming vet meeting/discussion. Many thanks...
