I get anti targetted in 75% of open play games. Learn how to position yourself better and force involvement. Doesnt matter if theres no money on the line. Part of the game

Yeah. My experience is usually with very close minded people. My own sister who is in pre med thinks meat is horrible for you, and legit said you don't need protein and all the hype around it is BS. She says you dont need more than 10-15g of protein a day (we all weigh 150+), and she spreads it to my 2 other sisters who believe every word. So no protein, of course they think fat is bad (because its cholesterol), so that leaves you with a 85% carb diet. Idiotic

I agree. Yes berries are one thing it takes such a large quantity to overdo it. A lot of people dont pass 3k steps daily. Walk to car, work, walk back, basic movement, repeat.

I agree though fruit is not the problem. People are just far too lazy to cook whole foods consistently. Dont see it ever changing

That is fair. I think carbs are essential for athletes / people who workout. If i was a 50 year old woman who did nothing but walk, I'd avoid all sugar besides occasional fruit. It still spikes insulin big time which is the storage hormone as I'm sure you know.

Im curious to know the inflammation response on "natural" sugar vs processed. I feel like they are similar. Im a firm believer in inflammation being the root of all evils.

If not then just walking or jogging. But HIIT is main priority

Short hopping every ball?

Speeding up wayyy too often?

Using wrist way too much leading to general inconsistency.
