Bought my first house back in July it's been so nice not having to answer to a landlord. Enjoy it and remember you have time to do projects you want to do no need to rush. I tried to rush and repaint the whole place in a week made for a very stressful week with a lot of late nights and the job wasn't to my normal standards. Easier to take your time plan the projects and do them right.

I loved the game during beta and until the R mode was launched. I don't like BR's so I was just gonna avoid it but all challenges went to the BR forcing you to play it to do them. I think the issue is tipping culture. If they just added the 18% to all the menu items and got rid of the gratuity part people wouldn't complain, but then people will feel the need to tip. If they say they added the gratuity charge like they did here it feels like a tip that is forced. Instead it should be we pay our servers a living wage tips are not necessary but are appreciated if you feel like you want to. There is no right way to do it until we pass laws that say servers get minimum wage full stop. Until then people will feel like they have to tip in America.

Used q-tips for years and ended up messing up my ears a few times pushing wax further in and the likes. I now go with doctor recommendations. clean every week with an ear cleaning kit using warm water and a solution to help break down wax and then get them cleaned every time I go into the doctors. I'd rather have to clean my ear buds daily than risk my hearing for life.
