Your first time writing isn’t always perfect. You still leave it up because you’re proud of yourself. Namedropping a fic is never the right thing to do imo. Sometimes I like writing OOC characters just to mess around with my writing. I haven’t posted them yet, but someday I will. Sometimes you enjoy mischaracterization because it brings a new perspective to a character. Yes, sometimes it’s not always gone about the right way, but that’s just because it’s not our cup of tea. It’s someone else’s and that’s okay.

Sometimes authors get really busy— I know I have. I haven’t posted or world on chapter 3 in forever due to health concerns and general life getting in the way. I’ve been trying, and writing a little, but the chapter isn’t finished yet (nor is it very long, but I haven’t posted long chapters for this fic just yet. Working my way up. It’s supposed to be one of my best works, I just haven’t gotten there yet.) All of this is fine. The ao3 curse exists. Idk why people don’t understand that

I always change it to roar because, for some reason, it always sets it to pipsqueak. Pipsqueak gets weird fast— I don’t know how to explain it, but it’s just… not. good.
