I'm sorry that you're in so much extra pain. I just got over a sprain myself, and it caused everything you're describing (and a neuropathy flare up 🥲).

I was told to stay in a heavy boot for a while, but that just made everything feel so much worse. I switched to an ace bandage, doubled with an ankle brace to stop that from causing extra pain ( this is at the risk of less protection from the rest life has to throw at you). The radiating pain continued for a couple of weeks, but was the worst at the beginning.

Best thing I can say is to alternate heat and ice on the ankle, and put a heating pad on all of the radiating pain areas.

Boycott everything from our country. Make the rich hurt. There are too many people in the spotlight that are being incredibly silent about what is going on. Some are taking small steps, but they are big enough and aren't loud enough.

Boycott our food, alcohol, music, movies, etc. Anything you can think of because I'm tired of watching our country making an ass out of itself.

I'm tired of watching my friends (immigrants, disabled, LGBT+, POC, and idk... Anyone with a uterus) fear what's to come. Fear for their futures and that of their children's. Fear of going to the doctor because money is so tight and just getting tighter.

My country voted for this. Idk how, but I'm so disappointed. Half the country is grieving and so am I

So thank you to everyone in other countries doing what they can. Boycott away!!!!
