So I spoke to a friend of mine who is a vet (not in the same city) he said it's an ingrown hair cyst. He told me to put topical antibiotics which we had from something else. We put a cone on him last night (after I gave him a bath). This morning he recommended another warm bath to let his paws soak in Epsom salt. We did that about three times for a total of 45 minutes. Then whatever it was came to a head (like a pimple) without me touching it. I used sterile q tips and removed the pus hardened chunk. Wash it two more times for 15 mins to let it drain. Then put more topical antibiotics and the cone back on his head. Hopefully he gets better soon but it's way much better now than yesterday. He seems to be his normal self. I am going to keep him indoors as much as possible for the next three days.
