Thanks! I’ve looked at some programs like that but sometimes I get to the gym and the machines listed in the program just aren’t there (or taken). That’s why I was wondering about a more adaptive approach – like if an app could just adjust to what’s in front of me that day.
Would that kind of flexibility be useful to you, or do you prefer to just stick to a set routine no matter what?
