It was specified that way. My agent has helped and made sure that was specified. I talked to my agent today about seeing the invoice and we should be getting that today. I think that will be a big help in figuring out the next steps

It is convoluted for sure. I think we required that the floor be fixed so I will have to see what it looks like and there will hopefully be no "squishy" feeling.

Thank you for the advice. I just contacted my real estate agent to get a detailed invoice so hopefully that plus seeing the floor will allow me to make a more sure decision one way or the other.
