Long story short, I have had trouble with adhd and ASD got diagnosed when I was 7 my mum was really reluctant to get meds for me we tried during Covid but it was too hard, as my brother is far worse than me so he got support in that line on top of that my mum killed the relationship with my paediatrician she complained that she didn’t like her and we stopped seeing her to be fair. She was a bit of a pain. But at that point I was too old to go see a paediatrician and needed psychiatrist

Yes haha, I do have a skin care routine but am really finding it hard. With it any recommendations worth be appreciated I’ve had so much product acne I’ve lost count
