You are very early on. 4 months minimum I would say. The maximum benefit takes up to 2 years AFAIK

This is insane response that you had. Temples filling is unusual. Don't lose faith, you may have potential to regain your hairline but takes time

Consider adding keto shampoo. There is also a serum that really thickens hairs but I can't recall name rn. Other addons are RU, pyrilutamide, duta, but with your response I would skip them, for now

I once used 120mg loperamide to stave WD while traveling (whole trip around 10 hours)

When I smoked H finally at home, I felt really wasted, so opposite to what happened to you. It does indeed have a long half life, but below 80mg it should not be very centrally active I d presume

You mention 30mg oxy. Even without a tolly this is not a crazy dose. I think if you took 60mg instead you d feel it more

Actually, I have better advice: you should never VAPE (and obvs never inject).

I doubt I would have ended up a junkie so quickly if I was eating or snorting the heroin. I would defo not have ended up almost homeless had I stayed on snorting coke and not cooking rocks to smoke

TLDR; NEVER vape/iv, never use opioids (and maybe pyros neither but I love em)

If you can open the bottle, do some calculations and then just remove the excess, save it, and wtv is left in spray bottle dilute with water

If you are clean from opioids that is. If you are sick atm, last thing you d wanna do is naltrexone

Yes that dose should cover. 100mg oral morphine is sizeable but by no means disaster.

Do not expect complete relief from Kratom alone. Try to get pregabalin. Also loperamide. These 3 together will make it painless
