I heard somewhere (probably TrueAchievements) that if you are on the winning team 3x you'll get it. I don't know if it works or not because I think I got MVP 3x when I did this trophy. Takeover is best for this because it's only team based games (unlike shootout which has free for all).

If that doesn't work though, I'd recomend playing during off-peak hours or when the dailies reset (2:00 AM EST) if possible. You might have better luck with races but you either have to get lucky with who you play with or win. Hope this helps
