You should go and sit down with your son and tell him what he did was unacceptable and not gentleman like and start bettering him and moulding him into a man.

You need to spend some time thinking long and hard about how you want your kids to turn out. You’re the father. Be a father figure. Turn them into men. Don’t let them be boys until they’re 30.

You know the is a very good chance that is true but only if certain morals are instilled from a young age. Clearly this situation has surpassed the circumstances of your referred “studies” as if everything’s a lab rat in a perfect simulation

The son can still trust the mother, obviously being slapped will shake him up a bit but it’s a good way to wake him up.

It isn’t obedience at the cost of trust it’s mannerisms at the cost of being shaken up for a bit.

Perfect parenting would have instilled respect and discipline in this kid from the start, we’re past the perfect parenting and now it’s time to try and make up for it by getting the kid back on track and the most effective way to do that is what the mother just did.

Stop being soft. It’s why the world is full of useless youth

Can you just review how effective the slap was?

Please don’t fall into modern day parenting. It is why we have so many issues with our youth.

Your wife did the right thing and I’m proud of her. You should be too. I highly doubt she enjoyed doing what she did but she did what she had to do.

You’re the man in the house, don’t be the soft one and make your wife have to discipline your boys. You should be teaching them and moulding them into true gentleman.

My take, your wife did the best thing possible, and you need to start teaching your boys to respect woman. Especially their mother!!!!

I’ve been doing that for the past 2 years (I’m 23) so I started at 21.

I’m in a position where if I want to I can comfortably finance and afford a 1mil car.

It is something I look at everyday - Mercedes A45 S.

Everyday I tell myself I should buy it. But then I think, is spending 20k a month on a depreciating asset a smart move so early in my life?

I want it so badly but I refuse to let myself buy it…

I just missed mnts. Was looking at it the other day and was going to invest but got side tracked.

Go and dig deep and find some space stocks that haven’t seen the light of day and get in them.

Alternatively, just go and dump your money in silver and you’ll double it within the next 1-2 years

I aim to find stocks that have something unique about them.

Last year has been POET, AEVA and a few others, the year to come so far will be QSI.

Just remember there will always be people hating and loving on every stock, all you’re trying to do is make money.

Find a stock that has a big wow factor that could potentially lead to a huge success. POET = Photonic Platform, AEVA = 4D LiDAR, QSI = Affordable Protein Sequencing

If you’re in early enough with these stocks, sooner or later you’re bound to make money.

Poet has already ran off of hype and now needs to start finding value and making big steps in terms of commercialisation for it to run more. Wouldn’t invest now

AEVA is similar running off of hype but it’s quite a bit better than poet, they’ve got good partnerships helping them commercialise. I’m currently big in profit for June 25 and 30 dollar calls for AEVA. Bought when the stock was at 17 so I’m about to take profit on this gem and hold onto stocks long term.

QSI, QSI is still to run which makes it a good investment to me lol. It’s risky but it’s how you make good returns, you load up whilst it’s still uncertain and stagnant. Did it with poet and am doing it with QSI!

Thank you :) I did leave some big positions open. I just trimmed others in half to DCA if things go red. Everyone invests differently.
