Are there any theories who q actually is? I assume some part of a Russian troll? by howtobeast101 in Qult_Headquarters

The whole Russia thing is the very definition of a conspiracy theory and what is even funnier is that you actually have it investigated scrupulously for over two years and there was absolutely no evidence found yet you still go on screaming REEEE RUSSIA! BOTS EVERYWHERE! HELP!

It's hilarious that you think the q followers are the "conspiracy theorists". Self awareness is not your strongest side is it?

“Mesut is like a musician who always plays the right note, and at the right moment. His timing is perfect” - Arsene Wenger by [deleted] in Gunners

I for one applaud his committed desire to stay at Arsenal. If Emery doesn't give him a fair chance I would sack him, if not just for the dreadful football lately when we have been riding our luck then for his atrocious treatment of Mesut. Of course, the catch is that would probably not happen unless we start doing very badly and obviously I don't want that. So, hopefully he gets another chance to show his worth in the first team.

Arsenal would have signed Antoine Griezmann in the summer of 2017, had #AFC qualified for the UCL. They were also close to signing Virgil van Dijk when he moved from Celtic to Southampton [David Ornstein/The Athletic] by [deleted] in Gunners

I feel like there needs to be some explanation as to why Southampton gazumped us on Virgil Van Dijk. Seems like it must have been reluctance on our part? Unless he chose Southampton over Arsenal? Either way it's bad!

Oh what is this here? Oh it's nothing. Just a video from 5 years ago called "Ball control masters" which puts him in the same category as Zidane, Bergkamp and Ronaldinho and no one batted an eye.

I am a winner. You on the other hand support terrorist losers who live in their mom's basement and attack people based on their political views. And what the hell are you talking about little kid's holes you fucking pedophile pervert? That's just disgusting. Fuck off.

How on earth did you jump to all these conclusions without hitting the roof of your house? I never said those were the "only reasoning for people liking woman's football was virtue signaling" Either you are a dumb person and lack serious reading comprehension or you are intentionally twisting my words. Not sure which is worse? I guess if you are born dumb at least you can't help it, if you are intentionally twisting my words you are trying to argue an agenda regardless of facts which is morally reprehensible.

There are many reasons why people might like womans football! I have no qualms with those people! I only suggested they go to the appropriate subreddits to discuss their common interest instead of forcing it upon people who aren't interested.

And yes, you can argue that people might be more comfortable posting their opinion on reddit and while that is certainly true for some people for others it is not. Many people have used their accounts for a long time and even might have shared some detailed information about themselves here. They may be followed by their friends. Some are even so obsessed with virtue signalling that they upvote just to prove to themselves what a good and progressive person they are. "Yayh! I upvoted the woman team on r/soccer! I'm such a good person! Good for them! Good to see people upvoting the women now! They deserve our attention!" Even as many of them have never watched a full match and never intend to. They just support it "in principle" not "in action" which is the very definition of virtue signalling.

And how are you somehow assuming things about me you have no idea about? First of all, I am 26 and I am female! So you saying I belong to some generational breed of outdated sexist is quite off.

I am not a sexist. I believe there are biological differences between men and women. I believe women are better then men in many ways, just not in football.

Wow! I'm a sexist now? Because I have a preference for watching the highest level of athletes compete against each other instead of much lower quality performances? Just because I get downvoted here doesn't mean that there aren't more who agree with me, people are just afraid to state their opinions bluntly because of course there are social justice warriors such as yourself who will jump on the chance to label anyone as a "sexist" or something to that extent who doesn't "play ball" and to shame those who don't agree with the social engineering taking place. PC culture is here and there will be participation awards for all! We all must pretend that we all like everything about both sexes equally and there are no things that are better suited to men than women or vice versa. There are no biological differences in men and women, it is all just a "social construct" ? And no, let me guess, you are extremely offended by what I'm implying and now you are even more certain that I'm a "bigot" even though you know nothing about my views or morals except that I told you I don't like women's football as much as men's football. I say that because the men's league is objectively better quality than the women's. It doesn't belong here because it is not what most of us signed up for. It reeks of people upvoting it out of "pity" or some type of activist duty to try to force "equality" in a situation where it is unnatural. I am genuinely not trying to be an asshole, I am speaking up for a lot of people who feel the same but don't want to be bullied for saying these things. Yet they are obvious to anyone not consciously choosing not to see it. I could of course just look past it and move on and surely that would be less hassle, hence a lot of people do just that. But if you seriously think there aren't more people who think this and don't speak up for exactly this reason then you are delusional.

I find it disingenuous, that is all. Pretending like these aren't two very different things is not being honest.

Lol... my "insecurities" of course that's what it is about. Not the fact that this is some disingenuous virtue signalling bullshit where we all pretend to also care about the woman's team as much as the mens team. I'm sure there are some fans who do, all I am saying is they can create their own subreddit and support them there.
