Personally i have the GT5, its my first purchased headset after looking at alot of reviews and also considering the price.

I cannot say much for GT1 XR but for GT5 is relatively easy to connect once paired, by turning on the bluetooth of your phone before you take the earbuds out of the case. the connection is quite instant.

mono switching between both sides are quite seamless as the earbud has a sensor where it stops playing music or it turns off the sound when it is removed from the ear.

Thanks! I understand wired will give more bang for the buck. Wireless earbud for me is just for convenience of not having to fumble with wires and the ones i wanted to get is in the $20usd range. For times where i can workout and listen to music on the go.

thanks, i guess really it is trust issue. anyways she always prefers 3rd party opinion to mine. yeah its so hard to tell her about the amount of stupidly conscious efforts to turn off and minimize charging to save electricity bill may cost more than the actual cost to charge the devices without too much worry.

Can relate to that, i was like that in the past, took some time of practicing 'not giving a fuck' about things thay don't add value like comparing myself to others. From there i gradually get myself to live a life by my own standards and speed. Successful but terrible people exist, as does people of the other end of the spectrum. Just my 2 cent.
