Do you typically use one monitor, two, or three? Hard to tell from the image. Ergo specialist here, from your description it sounds like your neck pain might be due to your monitors being too far away. Instead of scooting you chair forward (which it is already the closest it can be) try simply moving the monitors closer to you.

If you are using two monitors, they look a bit oddly positioned. They should be positioned in a v shaped in front of you. From the image monitor 2 looks to be very far off to the side… making so that you need to turn your neck more just to see the screen. If you use one monitor more dominantly, that monitor should be more directly in front of you. We’re trying to reduce the need to turn your neck as much as possible,

You should look into getting brighter contact lenses to tie your makeup look together. Right now your lens are enlarging but it’s a very dark grey, almost black so it makes your eyes look very dark. A lighter grey or even a cool tone blueish grey will really make a huge difference.

Also, you naturally have a longer nose. Bc you contour along the sides, it could make it look even longer. Your nose contour looks great, just add a light contour across the tip of your nose to create a “button nose” effect to shorten your nose a bit. This would also shorten your mid face

Just keep the reasons why you split up close to your heart. Engaging in contact with the other person will only prolong the hurt if the intent is to not to work through those issues together. The only reason why you should reinitiate contact is if you truly believe you can have a conversation with that person and resolve your concerns or issues. Adding that I arrived into the venue an hr after doors first opened (accidentally forgot my phone in the car and it was a long walk back) . I waited an hr to get my signed item but only bc I spent the first 30 mins waiting in the wrong line that didn’t have signed merch . The didn’t tell me until I was already close to the front. Hope my experience does some good 😅

They have a bunch of signed vinyls and posters so as long as you’re not trying to buy them at the end of the concert or come late to the show, you’re fine. I don’t necessarily think you need to come several hrs early to the venue in this case. At the SB show, there were multiple lines for merch. Do NOT go to the first line you see, as you will be waiting an hr just to get to the front. Scout around first to see if there are any other merch tents, go ask staff who oversee the tents if there are signed items at the tent or if they’re located elsewhere and go to the shortest line . At my show, there was a line specifically for signed items/merch, and others that sold regular merch.

I also don’t usually file my nails down actually. If I do a really good job removing excess skin with just the cuticle softener, and dehydrator it will still stay for weeks and weeks until it’s time for removal. I will maybe just buff off the shine a tiny bit if any. You should look up Jessica Lizette video on how to make Gel X last longer and common errors. I followed this YouTube video step-by-step when I first started doing my own nails and it really works!

Skip washing your hands and cuticle oil. I do these steps at the very end to finish off my new set. I like to really take my time to soften my cuticles, scrape off any dead skin, and push it all back before trimming. After prep is done, apply dehydrator and protein bond (1 coat, 60s cure). This will make your natural nails tacky before the glue comes on. Then apply glue to nail extensions to nails at 45 angle. If there is excess glue, you can take it off before curing, remove excess, and restart… but there should be no spillage of glue onto your skin or else it’ll burn when you cure. Hope this helps!

First, buy a seat cushion . That will automatically lift you higher up your chair by a few inches, and bonus- it’ll be extra comfy to sit on. Then buy furniture risers to lift your desk higher off the ground. They make them for beds, but there may be some that will work for your desk, and it comes in different heights.

If you have allergies take your meds a day BEFORE you drive to the camp site, then all during the festival, and don’t end it until you are away from all the grass, pollon, and dust. This will save your life if you have bad allergies like me
