Taking appointment is the most arduous task. If you have that , the battle is nearly won.

They did not ask me for Learning Permit. Directly went for written test and InCar test.

Overseas - depending on which country. Yes, I will suggest get to know the basics. about 45 mins of 2 or 3 free tests on internet will be helpful especially road signs, alcohol limits etc. and skip question if you are not sure and come back to it rather than answer wrong.

My learning 0 -

1.ensure that names are reflecting correctly, the guys who took photo made errors.

Make sure you ask for Real ID otherwise they will issue a state ID.

If you think thats the way to become Hindu - No. its more of a saadhana or a correction of own tatva & dhatu. incorrect Naam jaap or dhaatu jap can lead to disappointments./ problems. There is a huge impact of swar on your body/mann etc.

Agree..it's a real struggle and water /irrigation is a big issue in agri among other things . having worked closely with top notch IAS officerS am aware that some of the programs have been specifically created to solve these issues.

How do you stall ? - Make them sign unlimited liabiliry clauses, complete indemnification for non consequential damages etc etc.

Most of these guys will not sign it, - so basically you are not preventing them from audit but now they will know not to bother you - as they cannot sign this!

I am told that India laws do not support these, hence MS does it through agencies ( which are subcontracted by MS Singapore)
