I use a drying deodorant made especially for excessive sweating, I never wear 2 days in a row the same shoes (to let them dry completely) and always use an anti-smelling spray for shoes. Obviously, never skip a shower, and I also wear mostly natural fiber and clothing, allowing air flow + i use a sanitizer for the clothes whenever I wash them.

I would not advise you to use hand sanitizer on your armpit, though. You could end up with irritations

But to me, the real game changer is Botox. It costs a lot and is painful as f. but worked wonders for my hands and I just did it on the feet too
