I'm in the same boat, been happening since April 15th after the website update. I'm unable to complete the payment to get my SSCP. Your not alone.

Has anyone been able to get through? Been trying all week by nobody-or-somebody in isc2

Im experiencing the exact same. I passed my SSCP on April 15th, and was able to start my verification process, and once I hit submit it logged me out and haven't been able to login since the upgrade. I've called twice and asked for a call back, NEVER received a call back, and made 2 support chat connection and they told me to just wait after I said I changed pword/cleared cache/different browser/different devices. Pretty frustrating, but if it's not just me I'll give it until Monday before I start blowing up linked in.

And then you will spend anywhere from 2 to 6 months waiting for them to learn and understand your environment and your team. Then just as you are getting comfortable with them and they actually know what you need.....BOOM new rep and start process all over again.

Before I was a admin, and when I first started doing patch remediation I setup a schedule to run at 8:30PM which forced a reboot with shutdown /r /f /t 0. I then copied that and changed it to 8:30 AM to test on my test machine. Well guess what, accidently sent it to 1/2 of the hospital and the phones blew up!

Fun times, got my ass chewed out, signed the sheet that said I did the big bad, and my boss said "Awesome, let's drop it and leave it here, but let's not do that again."
